Our commitment
Caocao Mobility Paris offers mobility based on 3 strong values: the environment, quality and safety. Our services are designed to meet the expectations of the people who ride with us: our customers and driver partners. In January 2020, we launched our chauffeur service platform in line with these principles with the Elegance range. Today, the Atmosphere range has been added to complete our mobility offering.
Created in August 2019, Caocao Mobility Paris has developed a new kind of mobility based on 3 strong convictions: the environment, quality and safety. Our services are designed to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers and driver partners. In January 2020, we launched our chauffeur service platform in line with these principles and with only one kind of vehicle, the TX from LEVC.
Responsible vehicles
Our service is exclusively provided by low carbon emission vehicles. We offer the “Elegance” range for rides aboard the LEVC TX car. New and ultra-safe, it features an interior separated by a transparent partition and a passenger compartment seating 6 people. The “Atmosphere” range is made up of electric, plug-in hybrid and petrol hybrid engine vehicles.
Responsible driving
Caocao displays its credentials by offering a responsible service, starting with the vehicles available in its app. These are all fitted with powertrains that have limited environmental impact. Through the features of the TX (access ramp and step) and the fares charged for the “Atmosphere” range, our services become accessible to all, while also meeting the strictest quality criteria.
Accessible mobility
LEVC-TX vehicles are accessible to passengers with a disability. They are fitted with an access ramp and step for easier boarding by people with reduced mobility. Our drivers are specially trained to use and deploy these fixtures. As soon as the ride is confirmed for one of our two ranges, the passenger can use the app to contact their driver partner to advise them of any special needs. Access ramps are only guaranteed in the Elegance range.
Trained drivers
The safety of our customers and partner drivers is the priority. All our drivers are professionals with a chauffeur qualification. Trained and supported by our dedicated team, they can directly manage their account and optimise their day using the intuitive CaoCao app.
