How do I add a promotional code?
Adding a promotional code triggers the creation of one or more coupons corresponding to your offer.
To add a promotional code, simply:
1) Tap on the “Promotion Code” section from the application menu.
2) Enter the code in capital letters.
3) Click on “OK“.
Once your promotional code has been validated, you can consult the status of your coupons by tapping on “Find out more” or via “Payment methods” then “Coupons” in the application menu.
How do I edit my personal details?
To edit your personal information, simply:
1) Click on your profile at the top of the main menu
2) Click on the item you want to change
Please note that your mobile phone number cannot be changed more than 3 times a month.
How do I close my account?
Please note that if you delete your account, all your data and promotional codes will be permanently deleted.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
1) Click on “Settings” in the main menu.
2) Click on “Delete account“, check that this is the mobile phone number associated with your account and then click on “Next“.
3) Click on “Captcha” then enter the verification code you receive by text message.
4) Select the reason for deleting your account then click on “Logoff account”.
Your account will then be blocked for 30 days. If you log in again within 30 days, your account will be reactivated. If you do not log in within 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted.
How does the sponsorship system work?
Invite your friends and earn promotional codes! 😉
When you register on our platform, you automatically receive a personal sponsorship code that you can share. To find it, go to the “Invite friends” section.
The principle is simple: for each person you sponsor who completes their first ride, you receive a €10 coupon.
How do I add a payment method?
To add a payment method, simply go to “Payment method” in the menu click on “Add payment method”. Then complete your card details and click on “Save“.
For security reasons, when you add your new card, a €2 bank pre-authorisation request is required to authenticate your card. As this is simply a bank imprint, this amount will not be debited from your account.
How do I log out of the application?
To log out of your Caocao account, simply go to the “Settings” section and click on “Log out” at the bottom of your screen.
