Where can I use your service?
Our service is available to Paris and its region from Paris intra-muros, Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports as well as from several towns in the Hauts-de-Seine department (92). Every day, the geographical area served expands to meet your needs. Do not hesitate to contact us to find out if your address is covered by our service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I use your service?
To use the Caocao service, the first step is to create a personal account on our mobile application (available on Apple Store, Google Play, Huawei App Gallery). You will be asked to enter your mobile phone number, your email address and a valid credit card number.
Once your account has been created, you can use our service immediately.
To order a ride:
1. Open the Caocao application and enter the exact destination address in the “Where to?” field.
2. Select the desired range of vehicle. You will be given an estimated amount for your trip. You will be given an estimated amount for your trip.
3. Then click on “Confirm” if you want a vehicle as soon as possible.
You can also book your trip in advance by clicking on “Book” and selecting the departure time of your choice.
And you can book for another person by clicking on “Rider” and entering the passenger’s name.
What is a Rider Group account?
The Rider Group account is a feature that enables you to create a group of users with a Caocao account and to undertake in advance to pay for the rides taken by the members of your group using the payment card registered in your Caocao account.
This is a handy feature to manage trips made by your family or friends 😉
A Rider Group may have up to 8 members, including the Group Leader.
What type of vehicles do you offer?
With Caocao, you have the possibility to choose a vehicle from a range that you prefer.
Our Atmosphere range allows you to travel aboard a wide range of hybrid and electric vehicles, currently offering 3 seats.
By choosing our Elegance range, you can guarantee yourself access to a LEVC-TX, a vehicle built for mobility.
Our LEVC-TX vehicles offer responsible and accessible mobility, intelligently designed for comfortable, optimized and safe driving. They are equipped with e-city technology with regenerative braking and 3 driving modes; for a range of up to 130 km in all-electric and up to 600km thanks to a range extender.
New and secure, it offers a passenger compartment separated by a transparent partition wall, between the passengers and the driver. The passenger space of each vehicle can accommodate up to 6 people, has a large panoramic roof for a pleasant travel environment, an access ramp and a step to facilitate boarding for people with reduced mobility. Additionally an intercom in the passenger area allows clear communication with the driver. USB ports are also available.
