For security reasons, we have adopted the 3D secure system. This payment standard requires your credit card to be authenticated and, in some cases, pre-authorisation from your bank for a fee of €2. However, this amount is not debited and will disappear from your account in a few days depending on your bank’s arrangements.

Why have I been debited several times?
When you order a ride, an automatic pre-authorisation request is sent to your bank. The pre-authorisation amount is not the final amount and corresponds to the estimated amount of your trip without a discount coupon. This amount is not debited and will disappear from your account in several days, depending on your bank’s arrangements.
How can I get an invoice?
Invoices are automatically issued after your trip to the email address linked to your Caocao account.
If you cannot find your invoices in your inbox, check your junk mail (spam).
You may also ask them to be re-sent. To do so, simply go to the page of the trip in question in the “Trip” section and click on “Resend invoice” at the very bottom of your screen.
