Add-on fees that may be applied are as follows:

• Cancellation costs: these costs may apply in the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, in accordance with the cancellation conditions defined in our T&Cs;
• Waiting charges: these charges may apply if the Customer makes the driver partner wait longer than the free waiting period indicated in the Application;
• Repair / damage costs: these costs may apply in the event of damage to the vehicle requiring repairs or cleaning.

These fees may vary by city and the type of vehicle.

With Caocao, you can book a chauffeur-driven vehicle for 4h or 8h.
A 4-hour reservation costs €300 and is limited to a distance of 100km travelled. Over this limit, you must add the costs relating to the actual time and the distance travelled.
An 8-hour reservation costs €600 and is limited to a distance of 200km travelled. Over this limit, you must add the costs relating to the actual time and the distance travelled.
How do I book a vehicle for 4 or 8 hours?

In some cases, the cancellation of your order may incur charges. These charges may vary by city, vehicle model and type of service.

• Ride-hailing
  – Cancellation by the customer more than 6 minutes after acceptance of the order by the driver partner.
  – Cancellation by the driver if the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up point after a 6-minute wait.
• Pre-booked orders:
  – Cancellation by the customer less than 30 minutes before the departure time specified in the booking.
  – Cancellation by the driver if the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up point after a 15-minute wait.
